      Despite a very friendly dishwasher repairman arriving to look at my dishwasher, I am not confident that the problem has been fixed. The initial visit and assessment took some time to arrange, then more waiting for a quote to arrive, be accepted, and another visit scheduled. It felt like a huge organisation was behind a very local need. I would rather deal with a locally based outfit where I can ring up and talk to the owner/repairman.
