VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

Got a pre purchase inspection done on my car from here. Their inspection is very generalised and don’t give us any specific details on the problems of the vehicle like AA do. Yet they charge the same. Not going back here

Not at all happy with the time it took to be served (one man walked out in disgust and staff were quite rude to him). A busy office with only one person serving is poor. I'm not sure why the lady in charge of the WOFs couldn't have served a couple of customers as she didn't appear to be doing much. Will go elsewhere in future.

Friendly service in the office,guy doing the warrant for my car was fast and efficient and explained to me what things I will need replacing in the near future

Not very happy. Took my car for a warrant (which it passed) but when i drove away, the car sounded louder so i took it back straight away as didnt feel nice to drive. Lone behold when they jacked it up to check tyres they put jacks in wrong place and damaged my car. So i wont be going there again

The office ladies here are so friendly! Shannon is awesome. The staff are very informative and the boys in the checking area are very thorough and fast.
I recommend going here for your services and wof's etc as they will never let you down
