Low rating for a couple of reasons. The items were not shipped on time as promised - arrived 2 days late. Also, the unassembled set came with meaningless instructions. 41 non-identified parts which you had to figure out from the shape on the drawing and try to assemble. It was a nightmare and took ~4 hours.

great range, staff always friendly and helpful - loved meeting Darth Vader on star wars day too!

there are alot of instore specials here. the store is really well set up with lots of stock. staff are really helpful and a good lay by system.

My kid's favourite place. Amazing range of toys in a huge shop. Really helpful staff, even when they are busy. Lots of great sales to make toys affordable.

What a fantastic place to shop for toys for Christmas presents. I shop here when there are sales and they have a great selection for a wide range of ages which is great when there are a few children to buy for. The staff are great and the parking wasn't bad either first thing in the morning on a weekend.
