Quiet a few issues with billing every now and then, however mobile network outside auckland is much better compared to other providers.

Reliable products if a little pricier than most out there hence the 3 1/2. if spark can manage to improve customer service ie remove long waits on the phone to get through and perhaps bring customer service back to NZ then that would be another 1 1/2
