      another incorrect bill from spark, been charge twice for cancelled call out, even though i was assure since i cancelled the call out 24 hours out so i should not be charged, but guess what it appears on the bill again, wasted over an hours to get this sorted

      Spark is slow. They have slow response time and poor customer service. I had so many issues with getting Wifi connected into our new house. Would never use them again. They could definitely work on their customer service.
