I stayed in the studio apartment with Quest. The location was ideal and right smacked in the middle of town. The bed was comfortable. The room was well-renovated with an efficient layout. I enjoyed using the kitchenette. Staff were warm and friendly. A great apartment to stay in when visiting Rotorua.

This was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. There is an excellent selection of movies and entertainment available on the TV, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. The one thing I'd say is that it would be nice to have a window that opens in the room, got slightly stuffy - but maybe its better not to let the sulphur in for out of towners not used to the smell!

Stayed in a nice apartment . It was beautiful and clean . Didn't have a view but that didn't matter. The bed was large and the bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend .

I've stayed in a few quest accommodations, and this one was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. AA++
