Great location with only a short stroll to town which was great with the kids. Thermal pool was a big thing for us as we spent a lot of time in there. Staff were lovely. Room was tidy and well set up

Great place to stay - we definitely enjoyed our stay here. They have recently renovated the family room at the front. The room was really spacious and clean and it also has netflix which was a hit with the kids. The thermal pool was lovely for us to relax in after a day of sports and also the private thermal in the back was awesome.

Really nice place to stay in Rotorua. Great location only walking distance to town and the shops. The rooms are really roomy and well equipped. Staff are great and really helpful. The thermal pool was a treat to relax in too.
