Dr Shoe Repairs Rotorua

Was in thete today to pick up my shoes that were meant to be ready yesterday. Was happy to leave them there till they were fixed as dont require them right away, but the young guy at the counter was very rude and seemed to be having a bad day so i coped his attitude. Took my unfinished shoes and left. Not a way to make repeat customers guys.

Not the best customer service but they do a good job on repairing shoes. Maybe stress? busy small business. Make sure you leave extra time for getting shoes repaired.

So helpful..I waited in the shop across the street for 15mins to get a key cut but they were busy serving another customer. Didnt even stop to acknowledge me so went across to this shop and while serving someone else the shop keeper there smiled and said hello, took my key, asked how many I wanted and said 5 mins without being rude to the other guy. Very quick and awesome service!
