I couldn’t find an item and a staff member helped me until we found it which was great service rather than just telling me “ over there “

Always has the things I need. Staff have been friendly and helpful everytime I've gone in. This last time I went everything I wanted happened to be on special which made the experience even better. Everytime I visit Rotorua this is the only supermarket I go to.

The store was bright and open inside, layout was clearly marked. Bit disappointed in the bakery selection though, but overall was fine.

Great store - had a lovely selection of fresh vegs and fruit. Displays were nicely done and the store felt clean.

This store has a great range of products and friendly service. I often come here for my shopping if I'm in the area. The shop always looks well presented, clean and tidy.
