      Pretty standard Countdown, was reasonably stocked but a bit short on GF products
      Entrance a little small and was blocked by a gentleman with his trolley browsing the pamphlets placed by the entrance.
      Staff were friendly and efficient
      Easy walk to the mall

      Our favourite supermarket in Rotorua! Always fantastic service from everyone in store. The click and collect guy is the perfect person for his position, always happy, friendly and helpful. The checkout staff love to have a chat which is always lovely too. Customer service staff are always helpful too. The signage in the store is fantastic. Seems to be fantastic staff engagement which is awesome to see!

      Great customer service, displays and variety in products. Love the gluten fee, wheat free varieties that are more available at this store. Fruit & vege are always fresh and well maintained which is what we tend to shop alot for especially here. Prices vary pending the item.
