Brian Pennell Plumbing

Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Called and was ‘greeted’ by the rudest woman, who actually ended up hanging up on me while I was asking for plumbers mobile number directly (after she said that’s the only way to contact). He might be a good plumber but should work on improving admin, Laser Plumbing politely answered the phone and were happy to have our business.

Phoned up to discuss when a plumber might be available to attend to some work. Phone was answered by a woman without identifying that it was Brian Pennells business. Once it was established that it was Brians business she then advised that he wouldn't bother phoning back for a couple of weeks. So didn't even get to discuss our enquiry. Hopefully his work is better than the front end service given on this occasion. Guess we probably won't find out. Small town people with small minded business practices.
