Very nice store. Layout is easy to follow, always tidy and clean. Have always found the staff friendly and attentive. Also love the set up they have at Christmas time too.

Lovely, very large department store. They stock many high end brands. I recently popped in to purchase a Blunt umbrella and my experience was excellent from start to finish. I found what I wanted easily and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best department store in town, really helpful staff, parking can be a bit hard at busy times.

I always go there, as there is a Nexpresso shop and Kid area in Ballantynes, all their service are very good!
