      Ballantynes is a luxury department store in Christchurch CBD. It has a wide selection of fashion, beauty and homeware brands. I came here to top up my nespresso coffee capsules as this is the only nespresso store in the city. The lady was knowledgeable about coffee and helpful enough to get the capsules of my preference. I also bought a Yves Saint Laurent fragrance as a birthday gift. The staff was very polite. An amazing place to shop for luxury brands!

      Great local and upmarket department store. Very well curated range. Great quality. I especially love thier children's department downstairs where they have a great range of quality baby and kids clothing and accessories and toys. My toddler and hubby enjoyed thier train table while I shopped for a bargain during thier famous sale. Also love thier Christmas windows and they have the best Santa photo in town!
