Very interesting the first time I visited this store I didn't know what to think much of it. It's a Department store specialising in clothing, cosmetics and home items. I didn't really purchase anything as I found it to bit overpriced and same items I could get elsewhere much cheaper.

Ballantynes is always very well presented and tidy. It is very easy to navigate through which is a nice change from department stores abroad! I love wandering through all departments and it is my go to for my nespresso capsules. Great little coffee shops and lovely staff.

Excellent service from very polite and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. Purchased some condiments as well as a shirt from menswear. Ballantynes stock almost any item you can think of.

stunning department store, LOVE the cosmetics areas and the food area, staff are lovely and the place is always 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, parking across the road in a large new carpark building, prices are premium !

Lovely department store that is crisp and pristine. I love the make up counters and how you can book in your make up and it is redeemable via products you buy. I have been a few times for weddings and special occasions and I will be back again for sure! Love the MAC counter!
