Beautiful store, and really unintimidating, which is nice and unusual for a high-end department store - I did not feel out of place as I would in David Jones in Wellington, as a scruffy alternative-looking student. It was nice to feel welcome. The staff were all very friendly, the store was nicely laid out and stocked a wide range of interesting things that I haven't seen elsewhere, and I loved the make-up counters! Would recommend.

Such a lovely department store,clean tidy well stocked and it has a nice layout.i really enjoy browsing in the kids section in this high end store because the quality of items is really awesome and their staff were always smiling and friendly too

A beautiful, classic store. Heaps of range in the products but it isn't cheap, although it is good quality. Great for gifts and for speciality items like jewellery, make up, homewares etc.
