Lovely staff, great selection of women's clothing. We also love coming here for lunch or a morning tea treat, either in the downstairs cafe or the Contemporary lounge where we watch the world go by. Their christmas window opening at the end of November each year is fantastic for the kids.

Yuppy friend wad disappointed with the range of coffee related products. Seems to have good selection of stuff. Good for rich people without kids who will wrecknall the breakable things they sell.

ballantynes is a great store sells nothing but high quality products i shop in the child's area on a regular basis and the staff are very helpful they also put on an amazing xmas grotto the kids enjoy going every year

Great store! Ballantynes has a wide range of stuff ranging from clothes to home decor. There is something for everyone! store is always very clean & the staff are always very nice. Also has a nice new cafe away from all the shoppers.

Iconic Christchurch shopping - you can't miss it! Besides the impeccable service, Ballys have done so well to modernise after the earthquakes and now have really contemporary collections like Seed and Benefit inside. Plus the Allo cafe upstairs is a great spot for a light lunch, with tonnes of gluten free options.
