The staff here are friendly and helpful and always let you know when an inspection is coming up or if something is needed to be done. House was lived in was terrible however, and really shouldn't have been allowed to be rented. However, we did manage to survived though the freezing winter.

Used to rent a property from A1 and have nothing but good things to say. We always paid our rent on time and took good care of the property and they always acknowledged that. Whenever we had an issue they were always on the case pretty soon to get it sorted.

I have recently rented a property from A1 Property Managers and thought their initial help in finding me a rental was above and beyond my experience with any other property manager, the maintenance I noted initially was completed promptly and the one inspection I've had thus far the Property Manager, Michelle, was very polite and professional - highly recommended.
