I often get a takeaway salad from their extensive salad bar. The variety of salads is great, you can chose what you want to fill a box. The box’s come in a couple of sizes. The cheese ball are very tasty.

Amazing food full of flavour, the turmeric latte was a surprising drink matched with the mini paleo bliss.. well worth the price!

Visited hoping to sit and eat, it is not really a cafe, more of a deli to buy keto friendly food. Keto food was delicious, tried several items ( takeaway). Was two 2 seater tables outside, would be nice in summer, not great for winter. Highly recommend if want to purchase keto food !

Good coffee, but extremely good keto food selection including a couple of cheesecakes, lasagne, sweet slices and biscuits, wraps etc. Could not believe that we have not found this place before.

A great addition to lower Emerson Street! Fabulous food choices, all made fresh, excellent coffee and friendly service. Great to be able to pick up something to take back to work or home. Nice range of deli meats also. Very clean and tidy
