Store is well layed out. Not always enough staff on to help with enquires on busy days but when they do become available they are helpful and attentive. Good prices and some good sales. Plently of car parking available

Both Napier and Hastings stores have always been awesome to sea with! We have just bought a washing machine from the Napier store, staff are very efficient and friendly!
