Store is well layed out. Not always enough staff on to help with enquires on busy days but when they do become available they are helpful and attentive. Good prices and some good sales. Plently of car parking available

Great store with super helpful staff. Went in with my 2.5 year old and they were quick to offer assistance and point me in the direction of what I needed. They also looked up a previous purchase for me to ensure they were selling me the correct accessory. Definitely recommend this store.

Hastings Noel Leeming is our Closer-to-Home store, but the staff & management at the Napier store are so lovely/welcoming, that they make it worth while going to their store (Out of our local area) on occasion. Very professional, knowledgeable and Welcoming staff
