Their clothes are good quality, reasonably priced and designed for actual grown ups (as opposed to some that only cater for teens, surf/skaters and women who want to dress like they are going for a job at a "gentlemen's club")
Their rewards system and lifetime guarantee on denim are just added bonuses.
The staff at the Napier store especially the manager are all lovely and certainly know their products and how to give real customer service.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Always a lot of clothes to choose from and the shop layout is done nicely. Always walk out the door happy. Would recommend this store to anyone!
