      Friendly staff, great service. Can just walk in. Wait times aren't too bad as theres always a few hairdressers available.

      Haven't had problems in the past, however just had my hair cut by Nicky and she was outrageously rude. You expect to receive good customer service from someone who works with people all day but she was unbelievable. Getting angry at a customer for not knowing hair dressing terms and being obnoxious and sassy is not the way a client should be treated. Also came away with a bad haircut. Disappointing and I will not be returning.
