I agree with the above comments absolutely hopeless, I had my furniture in storage for 8 months and had it returned to me covered in mould and stinking of must. The company dry cleaned some of my linen and clothes however refused to take responsibility for a ruined leather couch, art work and a linen chair, all stained from mould. If they had of stored my goods correctly as expected because I paid them $170 a month! this would have not happened. They refused to refund me the storage costs I paid out for 8 months. Do not use! Broke items through negligent packing. Refused to cover full repair costs, and then ignored all communication from me when trying to settle the insurance claim. Shocking customer care and treatment of goods. DO NOT USE.

Fast delivery, great friendly guys. Very careful with package. Great communication and very good working around you. Most recommend these guys as they are very reasonable in price aswell.

Absolutely hopeless! And extremely expensive considering the service I got. A furniture removal company that takes over a week to get an item from auckland to central hawkes bay. A 6 1/2 hour drive. Could they not have organised to put the item on another truck perhaps? Who knows. However, the staff were rude and couldn't be bothered talking to me, and when I phoned the auckland branch the service I got was even worse. Disgusting! Avoid using this company.
