      Really nice, clean and tidy rooms with recently updated fixtures. Staff were friendly and helpful with some great local knowledge.

      I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My elderly Grandfather was meant to stay there tonight, he had a turn and couldn't make it, they were not concerned at all. Very friendly staff, will be booking in another time.

      Very clean and comfortable! This will be our go to in Dunedin from now on. Dunedin is very cold but this Motel was so warm and nice.

      My only (dining) experience was ordering a pizza at 9:15pm. Tanner answered my telephone call to inquire about the time of service and the pizza options. He took a lot of time discussing details with me and even went over the menu - assuring me that I would have my pizza by the time the kitchen closed at 10pm. At 9:45 the pizza was delivered PIPING HOT as if I were sitting in a restaurant. It was delicious and exactly what I ordered.
