      Pacific Tractors successfully sourced additional attachments for my two-wheeled tractor when all other attempts had failed. Their contacts in China were able to identify suitable attachments after referring to photos and dimensions I supplied and the new component is ready to do new work.

      Throughout this lengthy process, there was no hint of my query and subsequent small order being too much trouble to bother with.
