      Arguably the most friendliest service at a VTNZ I have ever experienced. Everyone is alert and ready to help out! Sometimes I wish I lived in Masterton, as these guys make everything seem too easy. My query got sorted within a couple of minutes, and it's all just very much hassle free.

      Absolutely pathetic service. They passed papers to be signed....no help given, no table to write,no pen given Went elsewhere to do our business.
