      Situated in a charming 150 year old homestead, Riverside Café serves inspiring, delicious food, wonderful coffee, and a tempting selection of cakes. In winter relax inside by our log fire under our unique copper and crystal chandelier; in summer enjoy the wonderful views of the Richmond ranges from our artfully landscaped garden.       Worth a drive out to the country for. An interesting cafe with beautiful surroundings. Lovely cabinet food, friendly staff - an all round enjoyable experience.

      Very cool cafe with a great vibe! Love making a trip out of it as is located a little out of Nelson city. Food and drink are good, however a little on the spendy side. Love the smoothies here! Great for families and plenty of seating. Good range of healthy foods.

      Highly recommend this place!!! If you want lunch and an experience, this is the place for you. Fresh and made on site from locally sourced ingredients. Plus great family friendly facilities outside to keep the kids entertained. Playground, cacti garden and more. Check this place out!
