REN XUE International is a NZ-based Charitable Trust that works with continental, national and local organisations - and a global community of teachers and practitioners to promote improved health and well-being through REN XUE. REN XUE is a holistic approach to enhancing and uplifting life. It includes two distinct disciplines - Yuan Qigong helps individuals find greater peace and harmony through a contemporary Qigong practice, and Yuan Ming Medicine offers healing techniques that can diminish the effects of injury and illness. Both disciplines share the fundamental goals of greater health, happiness, sense of wellbeing and growth. REN XUE combines the best of traditional Chinese wisdom culture including Daoism, Confucianism, Qigong, Buddhism and Traditional Chinese Medicine with the latest developments in modern philosophy, science, medicine and technology.
