Seem to like making multiple trips per parcel rather than actually stopping to make the delivery the first time.

I stayed home one day waiting for a package that required a signature. The car wasn't in the driveway and my windows were shut because of heavy wind and instead of knocking we got a phone call saying they tried to deliver but no one was home. They even argued with my husband that we weren't home when I was home all day and had seen their van drive past without stopping. So I had to stay in another day and make sure it looked like we were home so they would actually stop and knock on the door the second time.

Great company, great service, overnight deliveries, logistics dept also, kiwi owned..

Terrible service and staff with bad attitude..drivers are reckless and abusive..for your own sake use a proper company...

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. They are one of the lesser known companies, but definitely deliver a personalised service to both customers and businesses. When you call, they always answer the phone straight away, no waiting. I hope more businesses get on board with them.
