Great shop for smart business wear, jackets,tops and dresses for the office, helpful staff too

Not really to my budget, but lovely ite.s for the work office. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this shop. This is my go to place for most of my work clothes. It is excellent quality. They have a huge range of nice work clothes. And I love that you can mix and match everything.

I love Jackie E and the staff have always been super helpful every time I have gone into store always resulting in purchases. But last Thursday morning (9/11/2017) was an entirely different experience. when I walked into store with my son in his stroller, the staff member was busy with other customers so I didn't expect a greeting which is fine, but after theses customers left, I was still in the store looking around 10mins in, she did not approach me to ask me for help, never said hello, this still didn't deter me and I preceded to try on about 8 different blazers as I was returning to the work force and needed some smart clothes... after an additional 15mins in the clothing stall she still hadn't come over to ask if I was ok? ... I then went out and asked her if they stocked any more blazers as I wanted something longer she told me no, I asked her if they had another size and without even checking she said no?!! Normally this would put me off and I would leave the store but because I needed some good quality work clothes I remained. After trying a few more without her assistance I decided on two but by this time my son was getting upset and hungry so I needed to ask her to hold the items for me.. her reaction to me asking her to hold the items left me speechless she looked at me like I was asking her to do a horrible job. I have NEVER had such bad customer service from a store, this experience has put me off Jackie E entirely, suffice to say I never went back, instead I went into PORTMANS where the staff was wonderful and spent 15mins helping me, I spent twice as much on a jacket there just because of the amazing customer service I received. JACKIE E please train this staff member on what customer service is about. Thanks

A lovely shop. Lovely clothes. Great stuff for office work. A bit on The expensive side but still totally worth coming in.
