Emailed an enquiry as we urgently need flooring I emailed flooring extra the same day who got back to me straight away. Still haven’t heard anything from carpet court - such fantastic service.

They seemed quite helpful with trying to get the right carpet, however they had limited samples

Their quotes seem to be all over the place. I got an expensive quote for a hallway in the house which was much smaller
than the carpet that I had installed in the 'man cave' which was a much larger area for the same carpet. When I queried this, they never responded. Really weird.
