California Home & Garden has to be the most impressive garden centre I have ever visited as it’s so expansive with more than just garden accessories and plants with a cafe, there’s an artwork centre, gifts section, clothing accessories and specialty foods. It really was a mind blowing experience eadering through the centre being amazed. In addition, all of the staff were excellent to deal with! Highly recommended!

One of my fav garden centres unfortunately they have since closed and the only one left is in Lower Hutt

Lots of choice of everything , from plants .seeds ,outdoor ornaments', heaps of parking . Can get quite busy ,but staff are still helpful.
Coffee inside the centre is very nice

Excellent. Really nice gifts and homewares, garden ornaments ect. Nice cafe in the garden centre.

Although it is cheaper to buy plants from the hardware stores, I much prefer dedicated garden centres. I visit California Garden Centre at least every month and appreciate the increase in palm trees that are for sale here now. I have always found the flowersto be great quality. Will be back soon.
