Great prices and advice from shop staff. Their animals that are up for adoption are from the SPCA which is awesome.

Great staff however somehow limited on some products. Not as well stocked as the kaiwharawhara branch

Bloody useless!! Took dog in for diy wash, and during wash there was no flea wash, conditioner only shampoo.
Told staff, and they said "oh yeah, it hasn't been working"...
I paid full price for a 1/3 of srrvice and was informed after!
