Lovely store. Can't put a price on your pets and the knowledge the staff have!

I dont find the staff very helpful. They interigate you with questions to make sure you arent mistreating the animals which is good but a better approach would be nicer. Fish a quiet exspensive compared to other pet shops. Spcas puppys which is great but there asking alot for muts. All accesories and products are quiet highly priced. But qaulity products. I love how they have lizards and turtles!

staff quite rude and know it all, products expensive and the check out operator fumbled thru and was distracted.

Friendly helpful staff, great products, i love being part of the friends for life loyalty program, the rewards come in handy when saving for the next big ticket item, love their range of dog accessories treats and food.

I usually have to ask to get helped as opposed to being asked first however when they do help they are really friendly and can always give the best advice. Sometimes they are low on stock but the prices are fair and have a wide variety for alternatives.
