Mixed emotions with this one. The quality of the products being sold are great, but time management skills weren't so great on delivery.

I have dealt with this business both to buy used furniture and to sell through them. They have always been pleasant, honest and fair. Delivery of goods is always prompt and efficient. They are willing to negotiate prices for a bargain - try them! The staff are always courteous. The quality of the used furniture is, I believe, of a good standard.

Veey poor service. Arranged for them to come and look at an item of furniture. Waited all day. Telephoned still no contact. Sales assistant in shop also unhelpful and absolutely no apologies for wasting my time. Great opportunity for a competitor to set up in opposition

This business is very unreliable and does not keep records. I would not deal with these people again. The did not deal in a trustworthy manner
