Fuel is always a bit expensive here. The staff aren't always that nice either. However, bathrooms are clean.

I went there to wash my car. The self washing machine was in a pitiful state, totally overlooked dirty all over the place. The floor and the hose were all covered in dirty greasy sticky stuff. I have no clue what people wash with that thing. Anyway after I spent 12dollars trying to clean the car, the pipe kept hitting the car spreading that stuff all over. I went inside my hands covered by that mud, kindly and with a smile, told the ladies that I spent 12 dollars trying to wash the car but the thing is a real mess and it is unusable as it is. The lady said she would send the boy ( the kid that helps them outside) to check, if he wasn't busy ( like if I was some kind of distraction and not a customer). I went outside waiting, after almost 10 minutes no one came. I left with soap and dirt on my car. I've sent a complaint at BP, they never answered back. I'll definitely use competitors fuel from now on, hoping that they care more about customers
