LockPro came out to renew some faulty locks on my rental in Kerikeri, Shane was very knowledgeable about all the mismatched existing doorlocks but promptly replaced the internals and matched all the keys for ease. Cant fault the service would highly recommend.

I used LockPro to fit extra locks to my house recently. Shane was very accommodating in working around the hours that I could be home for this to happen. He was prompt, gave good advice and was quick and professional. He was also very helpful in returning to make an adjustment as the result of a door warping during the winter and causing a lock to need adjustment.

Assessed situation over the phone rapidly and responded immediately.
Shane was helpful, calm and professional. He provided me with more than one possible solution. And then completed work quickly and to a standard that impressed both myself and my partner!

Have made contact and left several messages and have had no return contact. So i wouldnt recommend if you need a job done urgently

I am trying to give a five star rating but it looks at thou it’s only going to let me give 4.5 if I could give Lockpro a 10 star rating I would. I had an emergency at our holiday rental & Shane took control of the situation, went straight to the property & fixed the emergency lock situation & then went over & beyond by checking all other lock conditions giving me updates thru out. Great communication & all work To the highest standard. Very reasonably priced for all Work he did as it took some time,.
Now we have a beautifully secure property for the first time. Highly recommend lock pro for all your key, locks, installations & so on. I won’t go anywhere else again for locksmith work. In fact we have lockpro booked to install window security latches once lock down is over.
