Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced from any service provider - and I've been personally and professionally involved with quite a few! The hardware they supplied has survived numerous power cuts, frequent hot and humid conditions, and ridiculously regular disconnections - and never missed a beat. Our imaging and equipment servicing businesses have quietly profited from switching to Actrix.
The helpful, friendly, and personal folks at Actrix have given us endless assistance with the otherwise poorly maintained (By Chorus, not Actrix) cabling to our remote location. I've never been fobbed off to another department, seldom waited more than a few seconds on hold, and always come away satisfied.
