Good service, enthusiasm, and organisation. The guides are knowledgeable manage a fairly large group of people with ranging levels of experience quite well. Completed the glowworm kayak experience and it was a really well done trip. Recommending the trip to whoever is interested, it can be a bit of hard work, but worth it, an awesome way to see glowworms and kayak in the dark.

Stunning place - wish I knew about this years ago! Have already told a few friends who have already visited and enjoyed it too. Highly recommended.

Very nice venue for private functions. Although as a drop in cafe they have very limited menu. We had lunch here after our kayaking. Food was nice but a bit expensive.

I was fortunate enough to go on their glow worm tour recently and it was certainly something to remember. Paddling on the lake under the careful guidance of their friendly and experienced team was a wonderful, peaceful way to spend an evening. I admit, I was quite surprised to arrive at the upstream waiting point to find a fire blazing away, since this is a no-fire zone and the local fire warning level was very high at the time. There was no-fire-zone signage around, so it is worth asking about.
The drift downriver after sunset is something magical, with the glow worms out in force lighting up the banks such that is can be hard to tell where the land stops and the sky starts.
The final paddle back to the staging area at Epworth Camp can be a little bit of a mission, as you end up paddling up the current, but it's not a long paddle and the team are always there to offer a tow if you need it.

Went on a glowworm tour with these folks recently and it was amazing. I'm not massively fit but the kayaks they use are easy to paddle and are steered with your feet, so your arms don't need to work so hard to make the tighter bends in the waterways. Paddling up the stream was beautiful, surrounded by bush and peaceful birdsong, and the campfire snacks gave everyone a great chance to chat and unwind after the paddle. As night fell, it was time to drift back downstream to the main lake, so that we could silently watch as the little blue pinpoints of light on the banks lit up and flickered, trying to attract their dinner. A final paddle back to the launching point, and that was the trip over - doesn't sound like much, but it was 3 hours of wonder and good company. Read the rules carefully BEFORE you book though, because you will get benched if you turn up in jeans - they are not safe to wear in case to capsize. They get waterlogged and heavy real fast and you can drown quickly.
