Customer service over the phone and the counter are both exceptional, very helpful when you pop in with any queries you may have.

Was not very satisfied with the service we were provided. My query was around registering under the changes to Food Act 2014 and no one knew what i was talking about, but were still willing to take my $693 dollars for the registration, but unable to answer my questions on justifying the cost.
