- We're known as 'The Club that has it all'! If it is sport you like, our sports section has multiple TV's on catering for the wide range of sports. Activities such as Pool, snooker, darts and Indoor bowls are also available. If it is sit down and natter we have leaners or tables for you to relax in. Entertainment is on every week, except for over January. On-site catering team open for lunches Sunday to Friday from 12pm and for dinner Thurs/Fri from 6pm and Saturday/Sunday from 5pm. The restaurant is open to the public (but you will have to be a member to visit the Club area). Where else would you go!

General Info
The Invercargill Workingmen's Club (IWMC) has been operating since 1964 and is an essential part to the Invercargill community. Young and old can mix and mingle in a relaxing atmosphere away from the bustling bar scene. From a hive of activity in our sports area, the quiet area around the dance floor, to the mouth-watering buffet restaurant this is indeed "the Club that has it all"! To use our facilities you must be a member of the Club, or part of the ClubsNZ family. If you wish to join visit www.iwmc.co.nz to download any application form. You won't regret it! Love it here, we always come when we visit and were regulars when we lived in Invercargill. Staff are always friendly and chatty and more than happy to help if you have any problems or questions. Atmosphere is great and place is always clean and well laid out. Food selection and quality is excellent.

We are not members but we went for a meal at the buffet. The ham and the beef were particularly delicious. The food was kept well stocked and was very good. Very friendly staff. The restrooms were clean and spacious.
