Cottage has full kitchen with fridge/freezer and your own laundry, open plan living, Queen-size bed in separate bedroom with en suite. Quiet street. We are two minutes from the city with café bars and restaurants, information centre, Museum and Art Gallery 18 hole golf course in 80acres of beautiful Queens Park, Rugby Park, Aquatic centre and Southland¿s Sport Stadium & Velodrome. A five minute drive to Invercargill Airport, Southland Hospital and close to excellent trout fishing rivers. 10 mins from Oreti Beach. The Southern Scenic Route nearby. Pleasant drive to Catlins, Gateway to Stewart Island. 2 hours from mountains and lakes. ¿ Shops and bus-stop just around the corner. Bike hire nearby. 20mins to Bluff Oyster & Southland Seafood Festival venue. 10min to Teratonga Raceway and 4 golf course. within 10km. Great base for Burt Munro Rally and The Tour of Southland cycle tour.
