great assortment of stuff here and the staff are friendly and fast to help you however there seems to be too many different people trying to help you. Can be a little off putting. Dont let that put you off though. The service is helpful

Very quick to sell you stuff, but the after sales care is abysmal, they don't want to know, get surly and very unhelpful. Won't ever go in there again, despite missing bargains & flybuys points - I felt ganged up on.

My partner recently purchased an item in this store for my birthday and he hates to shop but the staff here made his job of finding my gift so quick, easy and stress free. Thanks so much, you guys rock!!

I am currently deciding which Apple MacBook to purchase so like to shop around to check price deals, availability etc. Was in the Hawera area recently so had a good look around the store and got an idea what they had on offer. Am still weighing up options but had a good talk with a sales person who took his time to explain a lot of pros and cons between the models which I really appreciated, even though I didn't purchase that day he was very pleasant and willing to answer any further questions I had. Well laid out floor plan so easy to find what the customer is looking for.

I like the new shop and that they do flybuys, but it seemed today the store could do with a bit more stock.
