Great Help from staff on purchase

Good range and store well laid out, most of the staff are willing to help BUT there is a couple of bad apples in the staff! Because of poor treatment in the past I will only go in here as a last resort.

Good store, have recently purchased something from here. Good friendly service and i am happy with the price i paid. The staff were friendly as always. Nicely set out shop.

Still waiting for my xtreme jbl i ordered on boxing day. Someone who purchased online the same date already has theirs. Tried to return my ue megaboom that has 2 year warranty and was refused a refund only a replacement. But didnt give me the replacement cause i was missing a cable. Just the cable. Had the box and evertyhing else

Store is not on main road so little harder to find. Has great easy access parking. The store is clean and well layed out. Some staff are very helpful. Others stand round doing nothing. Waited for a product I bought of the floor to be boxed up, no one including the store manager helped. Annoying as a customer as I had other commitments.
