Recently bought a sound bar for our t.v, and the salesman that helped us out was not only friendly but knew what he was talking about. He showed us different options and told us exactly how they work. The price was competitive as we had looked else where too.

Small store but quick staffand friendly service when I was passing through Hawera. Not great product knowledge. Ok if you have done the research yourself and know what you want.

Went in here during a weekend recently to compare prices and features of smart TVs and received no help from staff, one guy was already with a customer and the other appeared to be busy so I waited about 15 minutes before I approached him only to find him watching sports online so I kept walking out the door I won't be back.

Great customer service, always willing to spend the time to help out
