Friendly and professional plumber arrived unannounced the day following request. Absolutely no problem with work carried out. However, advisable to request quote and costs - the hourly rate + GST, in addition to vehicle charge of $40 + GST for a local job was certainly considerably more than I was expecting. Prompt payment discount advertised in Yellow Pages apparently applies only if payment is made on the day, or prior to the work being done! During subsequent telephone conversation, and following confirmation of affiliation to Master Plumbers, my request for affiliation number was refused. Unlikely to use this company again. No problem with tradesman or work, but poor customer service and courtesy, and misleading claim in advertisement resulted in 3*.
