Store is huge and well stocked. Easy to find what you are looking for. Staff members are knowledgeable and always happy to help and take there time to explain things to you and help you pick the best product to suit your needs.

Thumbs down to the girl at the photo centre today who was rude and grumpy. Came in with the kids to have a photo taken with father christmas. I went to pay as I had chosen a pay option and she rudely pointed out she had no change for my $20. She then stormed away. I wondered if I should follow with my two children in tow and thought okay. She muttered under her breath to another staff member before finally taking my $20 and giving me change. It doesn't take much to say "come over to this till and i'll serve you here" Such a shame as we generally find Harvey Norman great to deal with.

Generally when we come here we don't require staff assistance ie: photos or we know exactly what we're after so sort it ourselves. A large range of product. This last visit was marred by bad service unfortunately and has coloured my opinion of shopping here for big ticket again. Ignored for the most part and then snapped at by an older staffer who didn't want to deal with us - or I assume anyone - no greeting as we entered the store or department, no cursory "are you OK browsing" we were in store for 30mins and only had a (unsatisfactory) staff interaction in our movements OUT of the store. We ended up having a fantastic day shopping at a very close by competitor store instead and received fabulous customer service there.
