Received great customer service from a sales person in electronics when buying a new smart watch. Received equally as good customer service when having to return the watch as it was faculty. Watch replaced no issues.

Great range of products from furniture (Indoor/outdoor) to electronics and home appliances. They do not always have the best price available for some products but they are willing to negotiate the price with you. The range and quality available in store is very nice. They also offer printing and photo services at reasonable prices. We have been going to Harvey Norman's off/on for many years now. Some of their staff are Absolutely fantastic, while others, well not so fantastic. We have had some really Great experiences with staff and services provided, but then again we have also had some not so great experiences. Perhaps a little more Customer Service etiquette could be applied to staff training.

After visiting the Napier store on the weekend I can say we will definitely be back. Amazing service and my daughter even got to take her picture with Santa which made her day. Offer price matching.
