Gengy's Mongolian BBQ Buffet Restaurant

Wow! Came in for a buffet dinner and weren't sure what to expect but Gengy's went over and above our expectations!! We absolutely loved the way you can choose all your own fresh meat, vegies and condiments/sauces! Then the chefs cook it up right in front of you at a grill station! The starter soups were excellent as well - 2 types of chowder with bread. The food was delicious!! The woman who served us was very helpful without being pushy by checking in with us and helping with suggestions for flavour combinations. Great service, amazing food, lovely atmosphere and lighting, nice and busy without being crowded and we got a 4 seater table for 2 so spacious! The only suggestion I would say would be that I would like a few more dessert options. But other than that it was excellent! Tons of parking outside too. We will be back! Highly recommend!

There is soup for starters and then you select your meat and veg and oil and condiments and the chefs cook it for you right in front of you. You do need to keep an eye on your meal as sometimes someone gets muddled and can't remember which is theirs. There are also salad, eggs chicken pieces etc to choose from as well that are ready to eat.

Great place to come when you are hungry as it provides an endless buffet of food! After trying the soup (and bread roll) and some salad and fries, you fill a bowl of meat, noodles & vege and hand it to one of the chefs working the massive grill. Your custom made stir fry is handed back in no time (although there is a small wait if they are busy with other diners). Afterwards there is ice cream and the chefs will prepare yummy pancakes. Kids love this place.

I love eating here. There is a wonderful selection of buffet stle food. Fill up your bowl of from seafood to meats, add whatever oils, pickles etc and then take it to the round hot plate where it will all be cooked in front of you. Repeat as many times as you like. Finish off with a freshly cooked pancake with ice creams and chocolate sauce.
