Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa

We loved comimg to the hotpools last weekend. The staff were so friendly and extremely caring. I love our picture we got! The place was as clean as could be and there was plenty of staff on hand if we had a problem.

The highlight of the Hammer Springs area. Plenty of space for everyone. Very nice environment. The only downside is that the water slide is paid for.

Can't rate this place highly enough! Prices are incredible value with the slides for the family, there are things to suit all ages including the toddlers. Onsite cafe has delicious choices and very well priced. Rock pools give so many options and look stunning, lazy river is awesome, slides are fun for adults and kids! Love it.

Nice pools, tidy and clean facilities, staff are friendly. We had a very enjoyable time.

Love Hanmer Springs thermal pools! Always have a good experience visiting the pools. The water temperatures are wonderful, I love the therapy pools with the water jets and the waterfall. The staff are super lovely! My partner and I got our photos taken by a staff person who was amazingly friendly and chatted to us even after we got out of the pools. Also love the lights in the pools at night.
