Great place to have a break and enjoy the nice hot pools. Great to go there during winter time! Very relax place. Be aware a lot of mosquito and sand flies. So get your spray prepared when you go

We always make sure to visit here every time we are in Hanmer it's just delicious we also enjoy going in the private pools before we join the main populous going late at night is the best time as you can enjoy the Stars above whilst soaking in the pools.

Staff were friendly, pools and facilities were clean. Great selection of hot pools, small 'lazy river', water slides ($10 extra), and private pools available. There are many of nice areas surrounding the pools for picnics and breaks out of the pool. There is even a contraption in the changing rooms which you can use to spin the water out of your togs.
Cafe Tea Kiosk, which is inside the pool complex, is terrible with terrible, overpriced food and customer service. I have not included them in my review as I suspect they are a seperately owned buisness, but definitely recommend avoiding them.
Had a fantastic, relaxing day and was surprised by how reasonably priced it was. Highly recommend a day trip if your in the area.

Very fun but too many people a lot of the time. Can't sit down without being very close to someone else. Long wait at the hydro slides too and food isn't cheap but it's a good day of relaxing.
